Located in the bustling city center, this hotel is close to all the shops and amenities. It's the perfect base for exploring the vibrant city of Glasgow. in the event of a fire, the central location ensures easy access to emergency services.
The noise levels in and around the hotel are unbearable. The rooms are not properly soundproofed, and guests have complained about the noise from nearby establishments, such as a strip club and a nightclub.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with well-presented suites that were spacious and luxurious. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring that any assistance needed was promptly taken care of. The location was excellent, near to everything in the city center, with great pedestrian-only areas to walk in the Merchant Square area. Close proximity to train stations made it convenient for transportation.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and bars. Spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice bathroom and a cozy bed. Helpful and respectful staff made the stay pleasant.
Lack of sound insulation, resulting in constant noise from the street and creaking floorboards. The apartment was too hot and stuffy, even with the radiators turned off.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect; right in the heart of a nice area and within walking distance to the city centre. We loved that this venue was located above a pub, it added character to our stay. The service here was fantastic with room service, dry cleaning and laundry on hand. The room amenities were great and we loved that there was a kitchen and a big bathtub for us to relax in. The flat-screen TV and in-room safe were a nice touch too.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very modern interior, posh atmosphere. Best shower ever, no trickle. Easy to find and close to shops and train station. Friendly and attentive staff.
Felt so relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
